Win Tin offers a well-developed swimmer promotion mechanism, our club will select potential swimmers from our cooperated schools, or swimming courses to participate in our team selection events.

As long as the swimmer meet the requirements of the team, they can join the team and receive the high-intensity and systematic training. Members will receive at least one to two days of training every week. Once the swimmers meet the competition standard, they will be arranged to participate in the competitions organised by HKASA.

When members have excellent performance in the competitions, our club will recommend them to join the Hong Kong Swimming Team, on behalf of HK to attend overseas competitions, win the glory for HK!

In addition, to encourage members to contribute all their effort in swimming sports, our club will award annual awards to the outstanding members in our annual dinner and award presentation ceremony!
