Level 6 |
Master the basic techniques of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. Every week must attend 2 or more training days.
7 years old or below: Meet “Level 5” of the Win Tin’s Ten-Level Swimming Progress Chart and get recommended from our coaches.

- Enhance the kicking techniques of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke.
- Learn the drills of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke.
- Enhance the techniques of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke, also the comprehensive ability training.
- Learn the turning techniques of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke.
- Learn and train the jump-off, turn and pool-touching finish
- Learn to use the timer.
- Cultivate competition ability.
- Primary system training.

- Finish 50m freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and 200m freestyle swimming test.
- Strive for top 3 at the in-school swimming gala and represent your corresponding school to join the inter-school swimming competition.

Level 7 |
Master the basic techniques of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly stroke. Every week must attend 3 or more training days.
8 years old or below: Meet “Level 6” of the Win Tin’s Ten-Level Swimming Progress Chart and get recommended from our coaches.

- Enhance the kicking techniques of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly stroke.
- Enhance the drills of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly stroke.
- Enhance the coordinate skill of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly stroke, and comprehensive ability training.
- Learn the turning techniques of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly stroke.
- Enhance competition take-off skill and touch skill at the end.
- Learn using the timer and swimming competition rules.
- Learn competition skills, and enhance endurance and speed.

Level 8 |

- The techniques of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly stroke.
- Improve the turning techniques of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly stroke.
- Consolidate competition skills, take-off and touch movement at the end, enhance endurance and speed.
- Cultivate team spirit.
- Correct concept of diet nutrition and body weight management.
- Intermediate system training.

- Meet the qualify time of divisions 2 age group swimming competition of Hong Kong China Swimming Association.
- Strive for top 6 of divisions 2 or 3 age group swimming competition of Hong Kong China Swimming Association.
- Get top 8 and strive for top 3 in the inter-school swimming competition.

Level 9
|
Meet 90% or above attendance at the grade 8 lessons. After finishing the course, students should be recommended by their coach, and attend at least 4-5 training every week. Also, they should once joint and get good result in the age group swimming competition of Hong Kong China Swimming Association.

- Join the local or oversea training camp.

- Meet the qualify time of divisions 1 age group swimming competition of Hong Kong China Swimming Association, age group long course swimming championship and age group short course swimming championship.
- Get top 8 in divisions 1 age group swimming competition of Hong Kong China Swimming Association, age group long course swimming championship and age group short course swimming championship.
- Get top 3 in Hong Kong Inter-Area Primary Schools Competitions.

Level 10 |
Meet 90% or above attendance at the grade 9 lessons. After finishing the course, students should be recommended by their coach, and attend at least 5-6 training every week. Also, they should once joint and get good result in the division 1 age group swimming competition of Hong Kong China Swimming Association.

- Join some local and oversea international swimming competition so as to absorb more competition experience.

- Meet the qualify time of divisions 1 of Hong Kong China Swimming Association, age group long course swimming championship and age group short course swimming championship.
- Get top 3 in divisions 1 of Hong Kong China Swimming Association, age group long course swimming championship and age group short course swimming championship.
- Strive for getting into Hong Kong National Squad Training Team or Hong Kong Regional Swimming Training Squad.
- Break the record of Hong Kong Age Group Swimming Competition record, Hong Kong Youth Group record, Hong Kong record and get good result in other international competitions.
