This year's Asian Games in Jakarta has been ended. The Hong Kong swimming team has won a total of 1 silver and 2 bronze medals. Although it is less than the previous 4 bronze medals, the Hong Kong team succeeded in winning another silver medal 24 years later. The Hong Kong team manager, Mr Chiu Chin Hung, once concluded that "a silver medal's value is the same as a hundred of bronze medals", so the overall performance is better than the previous games.
This year we have total 7 swimmers have been selected to represent HK team, including Sze Hang Yu, Chan Kin Lok, Ip Rainbow, Ho Nam Wai, Ng Chun Nam, Mok Kai Tik, Ho Tin Long. The performance of the girls was extremely well, all the medals won were related to them.
