WTSC has always adhered to the attitude of "Safe・Professional・Keeping pace with the times", thus the "Coach & Staff Training Workshop" is held every year, in order to provide clear teaching instructions, share the latest teaching knowledge, remind coaches of do's and don'ts during lessons, clarify the administration procedures, etc.
This year, WTSC invited the lawyer Mr Ivan Ho and Mr James Chan to explain the legal and practical knowledge about sexual harassment and corporal punishment to hundreds of coaches and staff attending the workshop.
In addition, the club also presented the "Rookie Coach" and "Excellent Course Assistant" awards to the outstanding new coaches and course assistants for encouragement.
